CANCELLATION POLICY
Monthly subscriptions must be cancelled via email or phone BEFORE your monthly charge date. Your cancellation notice must be received prior to your monthly charge, cancellation requests received after your monthly charge will take affect for the following month and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. We do not offer refunds or returns on monthly subscription box choices, so please choose carefully.

Foleysperfumery .com asserts that the contents are genuine product independently rebottled and repackaged by Foleysperfumery.com Foleysperfumery.com is not associated in any way with the brand, designer or designer's manufacturer, and we have no contract or agreement authorizing us to rebottle or repackage the fragrance.
Our First Month Free offer using coupon code SCENT is redeemable only with a valid credit card and is limited to one per household and or physical address. The same credit card may not be used on multiple memberships and or subscriptions, all memberships and subscriptions with the same credit card number will be cancelled. Customer is required to pay for 2nd month during first week of membership. Customers may not redeem the first month without valid payment for the 2nd month and the membership may not be cancelled by the customer before the start of the 2nd month. Membership may be cancelled at the discretion of foleys perfumery if we feels the member has no intention of continuing on for a second month or for any other reason. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS
With respect of FOLEYS PERUMERY subscriptions subject to automatic renewal, you agree that FOLEYS PERUMERY may submit periodic charges (e.g., monthly) to your chosen payment method without further authorization from you, until you provide prior notice that you wish to terminate this authorization or to change your payment method. You agree that such notice will not affect charges submitted before FOLEYS PERUMERY reasonably could act.
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS
By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree and acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment charge at the then-current subscription rate and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation, including where applicable any charges processed by FOLEYS PERUMERY after the expiration date of your payment card
AUTOMATIC MONTHLY RENEWAL TERMS
Your subscription will be automatically renewed for successive monthly periods and your payment method will automatically be charged for each successive monthly period at the then-current subscription rate until you cancel your Monthly Subscription renewal.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS
To cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time, you may send us a message at www.foleysperfumery.com and we will do it for you, or call our support team at 234 8064013533 who can help you cancel. If you cancel, you may use your subscription until the end of your then current subscription term.
ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS
By purchasing an Annual Subscription, you agree and acknowledge that your subscription has an initial pre-payment feature for one full year of service and a recurring Annual Subscription renewal fee at the then-current Annual Subscription rate and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation, including where applicable any charges processed by FOLEYS PERUMERY after the expiration date of your payment card.
AUTOMATIC ANNUAL RENEWAL TERMS
At the end of each yearly subscription term, your subscription will be automatically extended for another term of one year and your payment method will automatically be charged the Annual Subscription renewal fee at the then-current Annual Subscription rate until you cancel your Annual Subscription renewal.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS
You may only cancel your current Annual Subscription during the first month of the subscription. To cancel your Annual Subscription renewal for the following year, at any time after you were billed for the then-current year, you may send us a message at www.foleysperfumery.com and we will do it for you, or call our support team at 234 8064013533who can help you cancel.
Gift Subscriptions
For Gift Subscriptions, the subscription will not be renewed after the then-current term expires. You cannot cancel a Gift Subscription and the pre-paid fee is non-refundable. We reserve the right to revoke your subscription at any time as a result of a violation of these Terms or the Privacy Policy.
FOLEYS PERFUMERY only sells genuine designer fragrances oil , absolutely no knock-offs, imitation or counterfeit products. We have no relationship or association with the designer or the designer's fragrance manufacturer and have no contract or agreement with them authorizing us to repackage their fragrance.
YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLDFOLEYS PERFUMERY, ITS PARENT COMPANY, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES OR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, SUBSIDIARIES, SUPPLIERS, AFFILIATES HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES AND COSTS (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES AND COURT COSTS) (COLLECTIVELY, "CLAIMS") ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR BREACH OF ANY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR USE (BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY) OF SCENT BOX SERVICES, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH CLAIMS DIRECTLY RESULT FROM SCENT BOX'S OWN NEGLIGENCE. THE FOREGOING INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATION SHALL SURVIVE ANY TERMINATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR OF FOLEYS PERFUMERY SERVICES PROVIDED TO YOU.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT FOLEYS PERFUMERY SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS, AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE QUALITY, PERFORMANCE OR FUNCTIONALITY OF FOLEYS PERFUMERY SERVICES OR WITH RESPECT TO THE QUALITY OR ACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM OR AVAILABLE THROUGH USE OF FOLEYS PERFUMERY SERVICES OR THAT FOLEYS PERFUMERY SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
